Feel your inner being, your soul, who you really are, feel it talking to you through your heart.</p>

<p>We are going to gently turn our attention inward.</p>
<p>Breathe into the space between your eyebrows, in and out focusing on the space in-between your eyebrows.  Normally we are looking out through our eyes, facing outward, thinking about the outside, what is going on in our lives, we are going to take a few moments to change our perspective to go within.</p>
<p>Breathe into that eyebrow space, in and out.</p>
<p>Imagine you are turning your attention around, feel yourself turning around to look back at yourself between your eyebrow space.</p>
<p>Breathing as you turn around to see within.</p>
<p>Breathe in this space which sees within, take your time to really feel as though you have turned around, now Looking within.</p>
<p>Get a feeling of seeing your brain working, the electric impulses firing, the transportation of information and movement that is within your brain, your mind, your thinking.</p>
<p>Don’t worrie if you cant see or feel anything, just relax and breathe and follow the intention there is that you feel the awarness.</p>
<p>Looking inward, move your vision or feeling down your body to your heart space.</p>
<p>Take some time to watch what is happening in your heart space.</p>
<p>Become the observer, without judgement, watching the internal dialogue that is the movement within  your body and within your mind.</p>
<p>Become the observer.</p>
<p>Breathe, just watch or feel with no attachement to what you see or feel just sence it, don’t hold onto any one thing, just notice.  You are the observer.</p>
<p>Breathe as you look within.</p>
<p>Who is the observer, the you that is watching yourself.</p>
<p>This is your inner being, the soul of you, this is the one that is infinite, unchangeable, the true inner essence that is who you are.</p>
<p>How does this inner being who is observing feel.  Feel this inner being that is you.</p>
<p>Does it feel loving, understanding, knowing, peaceful, beautiful, light, powerful?</p>
<p>This is what you really are.  You are energy and you are magnificent.</p>
<p>Feel that inner being, what some call your soul.  Feel how amazing you truly are, how much love there is.</p>
<p>Now take your attention back to looking within your body from the view of all that you truly are.  Feel that observer, your inner being, your soul move back within your body, feel it filling your body, your space.  Feel it connecting with your heart and your mind.  Feel the flow between your body, heart, mind and your soul.  Feel this whole of  you, the blending of your body, mind, heart and soul.  Think the thoughts from your inner beings perspective,  feel in your heart the feelings from the perspective of your inner being.  The unseen part of you.  Feel it all functioning and flowing together.</p>
<p>This is your vibrational reality; the state of allowing is the state of allowing the whole of you, letting that inner being that is you out, letting it be expressed within the world with the fluid coupling of your wonderful heart, your clever powerful mind and your strong, capable body.</p>
<p>Bring your attention back to your breathe.. in and out, breathing deeply, in and out…. feeling your hands and your feet, becoming aware of the room or space you are in,</p>

<p>I am sure, most are aware that the beliefs you have are simply thoughts you have repeated many times to cause physical pathways in your brain.  We can change these, by changing your thoughts and with practise they form new beliefs.</p>
<p>Before we begin I don’t want to undermine inspired action and working hard for your desires.  But if you are walking around in everyday life saying things are HARD all the time, then that is what you will keep experiencing.</p>
<p>You can have challenges and new adventures where you are learning lots of new things and expanding yourself out, and in those times you focus on 1 step at a time and you enjoy the journey you are on.</p>
<p>However, if you have an overall belief that everything is ‘too hard’ and hence don’t try pushing yourself out of your comfort zone, to try anything new, then this may help you.</p>

<p>Life, family, relationships, responsibilities of work, dealing with our own thoughts and feelings.  We can also feel overwhelm when things are not happening as quickly as what we would like them to, when change seems slow, or when we are feeling out of control within our current  conditions.</p>
<p>As a conscious creator we can influence our response to conditions and eventually affect outcomes with our focus and attention.   Abraham – Hicks talks about these times as being step 1 moments, when you are aware of contrasting conditions that are not yet matching up with your desires.</p>

In these moments I would like to help you sooth yourself because after your all, worrying and stressing about situations with intense attention and focus on the problem is not going to help, in-fact it will enhance the feeling of overwhelm and keep what you really want at bay.</p>
<p>So with a few deep breaths in and out, feeling the air coming into your body and the air leaving your body, in and out, feeling your body relaxing.  Talking in first person for you.</p>

<p>I can take this moment to chill, to relax, nothing has to be done right now in this very moment.</p>

<p>I can relax, I can relax into everything I have to do.</p>

<p>I can reset every time I start to feel overwhelmed, I can start to think about things that make me feel good, I can reset while I’m sleeping at night, I can start with feeling good, I can start with thinking about nice easy things, I can think about nice easy things when I become aware of worrying or stressing.</p>
<p>It’s all right, it’s ok, and everything is working out perfectly for me.  I am going to keep thinking happy thoughts, it’s ok, it’s all right.  Others might not understand, it’s ok, it’s all right they don’t have to.  Everything is working out great for me, life is unfolding really well and I can sooth myself, I can be my own best friend, I can help myself feel better.</p>
<p>Instead of focusing on the problems, I can focus on things that make me feel good, I can change my focus.</p>
<p>What makes me feel good….. Looking at the clouds and the sky makes me feel good, watching the clouds pass and change as they move in the sky makes me feel relaxed.  I can breathe when I look at the sky and take a moment to watch the clouds passing.  It’s all right, everything works out for me, it’s ok.</p>
<p>I feel good when I listen to music I enjoy, if I don’t start dancing around in that moment I can feel my body dancing on the inside, that makes me feel good.  Thinking about or literally moving my body makes me feel good, I love the way I feel free when I dance, I love the way great music makes my body feel inspired to move.  I love the way thought seems to stop when I’m inspired to move my body to great music.</p>
<p>I enjoy looking at nature, when I look at trees and birds and green grass or glistening water that makes me feel good too.  I can relax and take a deep breath when I look at how beautiful nature is.  I love looking at all the wonderful colours that nature provides.  I love the moment when I slow down enough and really see all the various colours that exist in nature.  It makes me feel good to appreciate nature.  Even if I can’t see nature right now, I can imagine it, I can imagine being in a beautiful forest or watching a magnificent sunset.</p>
<p>I love the feeling of swimming.  I love how free and weightless I feel in the water, I love how cool the water feels on my skin, how it surrounds my body and supports me.</p>
<p>Its ok, everything is all right, I can trust that everything is going to work out, I trust in the process of my life unfolding really well.</p>
<p>It’s all right, it’s all right, I am doing really well, I have grown a lot in my life so far, I am doing really well, I am spending much more time being happy than I ever have before, it’s all right, life is good, everything is working out really good for me.</p>

<p>Guided meditations are so important and beneficial because they can greatly assist us in overcoming our resistance to ‘sitting still’. Guided meditation uses visualisation techniques to help you focus and relax into the process of meditation and in a way gives your brain something to ‘do’ while you practice.</p>

<p>The fact is that by choosing to start a consistent meditation practice, you are giving yourself an incredible gift. Meditation costs nothing, you can do it anywhere, and through consistency it has been shown to benefit our brain in multiple amazing ways. Meditation is good for our physical bodies too, with science showing that through regular meditation we can lower our blood pressure, increase our immunity and even reduce our pain.</p>

<p>Whenever we make a decision to do something new in life we come up against resistance.
