2. Find what makes you happy | Start Living

Do you have a hobby or a passion you used to love exploring but maybe stopped doing because your “busy-ness” got in the way? This is a common trap for us humans, we get so caught up in the day to day that we forget to do the things we love! If you can’t think of a hobby or a passion to pursue, try remembering what you used to love to do as a child. Was it paint, draw, ride horses? Whatever it was, go back and start doing it again.

Travel is a great way to create perspective and increase gratitude for what you have in life. When you experience other places and other cultures we are reminded of how good we have it. Take the opportunity to see the world and all of the beauty in it.

Being of service to others is one of the most fulfilling things you can do in this lifetime! Offering your time, love and support to helping those less fortunate will fill you with a sense of purpose and give you deep compassion.

6. Open your heart | Start Living

Living life with your heart open allows you to FEEL into your life. Throw down your defences and allow yourself to love, and even get your heart broken. Love other people. Love yourself. Be love.
