<h1>Transcript &#8211; The Question Asking Process &#8211; Powerful Morning Routine</h1>
<p>One of the first things life coaches learn is not to TELL their client WHAT to do, but to ask a series of questions so the client can bring the answer out of themselves.</p>
<p>If you were my client and I was your life coach&#8230; I wouldn’t tell you what to do with your life&#8230; I would ask you a series of questions&#8230; so you could bring the answer out from within yourself.</p>
<blockquote><p><strong>The answers are always WITHIN YOU&#8230; you just have to bring them out&#8230; and you bring them out with questions&#8230; By first WANTING to KNOW what you want and how you want to feel&#8230; and then asking the questions that will give you the answers needed to get to that place.</strong></p></blockquote>
<p>If you wanted to self-coach yourself into a life you will LOVE&#8230; I would highly recommend this process I am about to share with you.</p>
<p>Along with my morning gratitude and meditation routine I do this very powerful process EVERY MORNING. I simply call it the question asking process.</p>
<blockquote><p><strong>Because&#8230; if you want a great answer &#8211; ask a great question. If you want to live a certain way, set the intention for that first thing in the morning.</strong></p></blockquote>
<p>Here’s how the process works&#8230; You simply get out a pen and a piece of paper&#8230; or like me, the notes section in your phone will work fine, just the same&#8230; And you start writing or typing freely, whatever comes naturally&#8230; Questions that will bring about positive actions this day&#8230;</p>
<p>For example:<br />
How can I smile more today?<br />
How can I be more present today?<br />
How can I be more playful today?<br />
How can I show others I appreciate them more today?<br />
How can I set an even greater example for my kids today?</p>
<p>You ask the question, you write it down so it goes deep in your subconscious, and you pause and think about the answer.</p>
<h1><strong>This process is powerful!</strong></h1>
<p>It is powerful because&#8230; it gets you thinking about HOW you want to feel, HOW you want to live this day&#8230; It’s powerful because it gets you thinking about all the positive things you CAN do to feel better TODAY&#8230;</p>
<p>Do that every day and after a short time you’ll have a compound effect which will add up to a magical life.</p>
<p>It’s a powerful process because it sets your intention for the day, and makes you more self-aware, more conscious of your actions throughout the day.</p>
<blockquote><p><strong>It guides you in a direction YOU WANT for the day, rather than being at the mercy of life, you are the magician, the attractor, the director of your own life.</strong></p></blockquote>
<p>I really encourage you to try it for 30 days and see if it works for you. See if it makes you feel better, make better choices, make choices that make you feel better, happier about yourself and your life.</p>
<p>The key is to ask questions that are not material or possession related. Don’t ask “How can I get more money today” Ask, instead: “What can I learn today that will put me in a better financial position in the future”</p>
<blockquote><p><strong>Don’t ask: “How can I find a husband (or wife) today?” Ask instead: “How can I be more like the person I would love to attract today”</strong></p></blockquote>
<p>Your questions should be centred around GROWTH and FEELING&#8230; How you want to grow and develop, and how you want to feel.</p>
<p>Have fun with it, ask many questions, many different questions every day, and keep them on your mind all day. You’ll notice you start seeking out those answers all day, consciously trying to be that person, and feel those feelings from your questions.</p>
<p>Ask a great question and you might just get some magical answers.</p>

<p>If you start your day with a genuine &#8220;THANK YOU&#8221;&#8230; you’ll most likely end your day with many more things to say &#8220;THANK YOU&#8221; for.</p>
<blockquote><p>Almost everything you do from the moment you wake up is habit. Habits formed from your past. Habits formed, by your consistent application &#8211; good or bad.</p></blockquote>
<p>What habits do you want to create? And what habits do you need to ELIMINATE?</p>
<blockquote><p>What habits will lead you to create a better life? What habits will lead to your BEST LIFE?</p></blockquote>
<p>Here’s some common morning habits of the most successful, and most fulfilled people in the world: Exercise. Gratitude. Journaling. Meditation. Cold showers. Correct nutrition. Breathing exercises.  Affirmations.</p>
<p>It all comes down to self-discipline. It’s easier to pick up your phone and scroll social media. But is that going to lead you to happiness? Probably not.</p>
<p>It’s much harder initially to practice self-discipline&#8230; but that is what leads to an easier life in the long term.</p>
<blockquote><p><strong>How do you want to feel? If you want to feel great, if you want to feel happy and positive&#8230; do the things that happy and positive people do.</strong><br />
<strong>Practice deep gratitude.</strong><br />
<strong>Meditate.</strong><br />
<strong>Exercise.</strong><br />
<strong>Affirmations&#8230; whatever works for you. Do it daily and create the habit of positive action. It will not take long before your quality of life starts to improve.</strong></p></blockquote>
<p>There’s a common misconception that habits are formed in only 21 days. But science shows the number is more like a minimum of 66 days to form lasting, or life- long habits.</p>
<p>Are you willing to commit a minimum of 66 days, in order to change your quality of life FOREVER? Sounds like pretty fair math to me.</p>
<blockquote><p><strong>Think forward to 1 year, 5 years in the future&#8230; How do you want to be living?  Would the consistent emotions you currently experience be acceptable to you if they remained the same?</strong></p></blockquote>
<p>Or is there better waiting for you? Are you committed to do that daily work?</p>
<p>According to a recent study by the World Health Organization, around 121 million worldwide people suffer from depression. Shockingly, the percentage of depression is highest among high income countries like the USA, France and Australia.</p>
<p>The truth is, the quality of our lives is not determined by where we live, how much money we earn, or even the events and circumstances of our life.</p>
<p>The quality of our lives, is merely the quality of our perspective.</p>
<blockquote><p><strong>The quality of our lives, is determined by the quality of our perspective. How we see the world IS OUR WORLD.    Whatever we choose to see, will shape who we will be.</strong></p></blockquote>
<p>Whatever you choose to do, consistently, will shape how you feel, and how you feel, of course will determine the quality of your life.</p>

<p>It makes sense then, to choose positive habits every morning that will ensure you are in a better mindset throughout the day. A mindset capable of responding positively to challenging people and challenging events. A mind state that can react calmly, with presence and peace to all situations.</p>
<p>Start your day feeling blessed, feeling blessed by thinking about all the things that ARE GREAT in your life.</p>
<p>Start your day in PEACE. Really feeling that peace and calm, by practicing meditation.</p>
<p>Start your day with purpose. Purpose from writing and reviewing your GOALS and MISSION for the day, and your life.</p>
<p>Start your day strong by getting in some exercise.</p>

Start writing out all of the thoughts you are having, the things you need to get done and keep going until there is nothing left. Take a deep breath, you did it! You can then choose to use the information in step 4- Plan your day.</span></p>

Even if you do 5 minutes a day, your body and mind will thank you for it. </span></p>

Not sitting in front of a computer! Take your health into your hands and spend some time every day moving your body. 7 minutes a day is all you need. Take a walk. Practice yoga at home. Take a class. Whatever you do, just commit to doing it daily.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Scheduling your day is key to remaining focused on what is important to you. Prioritise each task, then set about completing them. Own your time or it will own you.</span></p>

You can sit quietly, use an app, do a mindfulness training or Transcendental Meditation. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Personally, I started Transcendental Meditation earlier this year and can’t believe the benefits. I’ve never felt more focused, refreshed, and alive every day.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">To be focused each day you need clarity. Spend time each morning setting your three biggest intentions for the day.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;"> If possible, try to complete them <em>before</em> you even leave the house or do them first thing at work.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">When you become intentional with your mornings you will become more intentional with your days as well. Spend a few minutes getting clear on what you want to achieve to make each day a huge success. </span></p>

<p>This is a new day&#8230; Whatever has happened in the past is gone.</p>
<p>Tell yourself:</p>
<blockquote><p><strong> TODAY, I decide to live on purpose!  TODAY, I DECIDE my FUTURE will be much brighter than my past.  TODAY is the first day of the rest of my life!  </strong></p></blockquote>
<p>Start every day with at least 5 minutes of powerful energy. 5 minutes of positive energy first thing in the morning can change your entire day. And if you can change your entire day, with consistent positive thoughts, you can change your entire life.</p>
<p>Here is a morning routine that I guarantee   IF you are consistent, if you are disciplined&#8230; If you do it EVERY DAY&#8230; it will completely transform your life.   3 steps, every morning.   Are you ready to change your life forever?   It’s as simple as this:</p>
<p>ONE: EXERCISE every morning.  TWO: GET GRATEFUL&#8230; every morning.  THREE: MEDITATE&#8230; every morning.</p>
<h2><strong>NUMBER ONE:  YOU MUST EXERCISE.</strong></h2>
<p>Believe it or not, studies show working out is really good for you!   Daily exercise reduces stress and anxiety. It creates a strong body, will will help you maintain a strong mind.   It starts you off with a positive mindset, a strong mindset, which will lead to greater things throughout the day.</p>

<p>Today is a new day. A fresh, clean canvas. You can paint whatever you want on that canvas, no matter what happens &#8211; you are the artist. Add some color, some joy, some LIFE to your canvas. Leave nothing off that canvas!</p>
<h2><strong>NUMBER TWO:  GET GRATEFUL.</strong></h2>
<p>What are you grateful for right now in your life?</p>

<p>Are you grateful to be alive?  Are you grateful to have family members who are alive?   Are you grateful to have money to buy food?   Are you grateful you have access to listen to this audio, that you have the OPPORTUNITY to decide today that you will turn your life around?</p>

Happy people are grateful people.  So spend time in gratitude.   Spend time in INTENTION and EXPECTATION for what a great day today is going to be.   Feed your mind with something positive. Read or listen to something uplifting. Something that will GROW your mind or spirit.</p>
<p>Write down all the things you feel most grateful for, every morning. People, your health, friends, family, money, whatever it is.  Don’t just write it down&#8230; FEEL the feelings of gratitude, and if you really want to feel great&#8230; Tell another person why you are grateful for them.</p>
<p>I AM GRATEFUL!  Grateful for my health.  Grateful for opportunities.  Grateful for friends.  Grateful for my strength . Grateful for my spirit . Grateful for the person I am and the one I am brave enough to become.   I am grateful for this day.  This perfect day.   Something amazing will happen today.  Miracles are possible today.</p>
<h2><strong>  NUMBER THREE:   MEDITATE. Every morning.</strong></h2>
<p>There’s no better way to reset yourself and reduce stress than meditation.</p>
